Atomfall Smashes Through 1 Million Players In The First Weekend

Rebellion, one of the world’s most successful independent video game developers and publishers, has announced that Atomfall® significantly surpassed the one million player mark over the weekend, having only launched last week. In total, Atomfall® has now been played by over 1.5 million players. A brand-new IP set in the north of England, Atomfall® is Rebellion’s most successful launch in the company’s 32-year history.
A UK-based post-apocalyptic survival-action game, Atomfall® is inspired by the real-life Windscale nuclear incident in the 1950s. Players will embark on a fictionalised adventure, meeting a cast of weird and wonderful characters as they try to uncover the mystery and escape the quarantine zone.
